  • Please note that all orders are final due to us being a small business & sanitary reasons we are not able to refund or exchange orders. If you have issues with the products please reach out to us via email. If its a mistake on our end we will be sure to fix it, we are not responsible for any melted or damaged products. Please add an ice pack to your order to help prevent this from happening.  


 

Please be cautious with any skin allergies you may have, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions ALWAYS TEST ON A SMALL AREA OF SKIN WAIT 24 HOURS if no reaction occurs use our products as described. 

Orders take about 5-6 business days to process. Shipping time can be 4-5 business day depending on your location and your order.

We ship orders out every Monday . Please be advised that orders can take longer than two weeks we are a small business and wait times do vary.

 

We do everything in our power to ensure fast, accurate deliveries, but errors can occur. Once packages leave our facility we have no control over the route USPS or UPS uses to deliver your package. In the event that your package is delayed via USPS or UPS, please reach out to your local post office or local regional post office with your tracking number for assistance on locating your package. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages. If your package shows as delivered and you cannot find it, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages after they leave our facility. 

 

 Due to the nature of the product, our body & hair butters may melt in transit during the warmer months. To minimize this we ask that you provide a shipping address of a location where the mail is delivered inside & also add an ice pack to your order. Should your body soufflé or hair butter  melt, you can use it melted or put it in the refrigerator to solidify. Although it may not regain its original texture, it will maintain its amazing scent and moisturizing properties. We do not offer exchanges or refunds if the product melts.

  

 Please be aware that our products are not FDA approved We do not make any claims that our products cure any on going skin conditions and of illnesses. Our products may help of course! But please note that not everyone will get the same results but still give us a try our products speak for themselves! They are all natural and amazing!
